How to Process a Single Order
Single Order process

This article shows you how to process a single order using the Order List Lite tool. A single order means one order from a customer. Process means move the customer purchase from Awaiting Process to Pick and Pack.

 

1  Opening create shipment page

The first step is to open the Create Shipment page.

  1. Log in to your EIZ account. The dashboard displays.
  2. On the left side menu, click Order List Lite. A list of unprocessed orders displays. Each row in the list is a different order.

  1. Locate the order you want to process.
  2. Scroll to the right side of the order and then click the truck icon in the Actions column. The Create Shipment page displays.

If you see Order List Pro in the dashboard instead of Order List Lite, check the button in the top right corner of the screen. Click the button if you see Back to Order List Lite.

2  Reviewing order details

The second step is to review and update order information on the Create Shipment page.

  1. Review and update the information on the Shipping Address panel.
  2. Click Continue to go to the Packing panel.

  2. Verify the package type. To change the package, click the arrow and select an option on the menu. If you select Custom Package, add package details (e.g. quantity, weight, etc.).
  3. Click Continue to go to the Quotes panel.

 

  1. Review and update the information on the Quotes panel. The number of packages (and size) is presented above the Compare delivery services menu.
  2. Scroll up and down the Compare delivery services menu to see available courier options and prices. The lowest cost option is automatically highlighted with a Best Price tag.
  3. To select a different service, click an option on the menu. The selected service appears in the box next to the Compare delivery services menu.
  4. Click Create Shipment to go to the Finish panel.

  1. Review information on the Finish panel. To change information on the panel, click a tab at the top of the panel. A new panel displays.

3  Printing labels

The Finish panel gives you two label printing options:

  • print the label now
  • print the label later

 

3.1 Print label now

  1. Click Print Label. The label prints on your machine.

3.2 Print label later

If you click Print Later, the order is sent to a folder called Pick & Pack. The order sits in the Pick & Pack Folder until you create a shipping label.

To create a shipping label:

  1. Log in to your EIZ account. The dashboard displays.
  2. On the left side menu, click Order List Lite/Pro.
  3. On the top menu, click Pick & Pack.

Locate the order that needs a shipping label. Scroll up and down the list or enter information (e.g. name or tracking number) in the search tool.

 

  1. Print Single Order label

After locating the order, scroll to the right side of the row and locate the Print Label icon in the Actions column.

  1. Click Print Label. The label prints on your machine.

 

3.2.1 Another print option Group print orders’ label

There is another way to access the printing tool. Instead of clicking the Print Label icon, you can print using menu commands.

  1. Check the box on the row with the order you want to process.
  2. Click the Actions arrow. A drop-down menu displays.
  3. Click Print and then Print shipping label. The label prints on your machine.
