How do I get started?

Sign Up:Click “Sign Up” on EIZ homepage to easily create an account.
Connect your Stores:Connect all your sales channels and carriers to EIZ. You can find all sales channel and carrier integration manual here: https://eiz.com.au/guides/
Free Online Training:After integrating your stores and carriers, you can contact EIZ Customer Service to book a 30-minute online introductory training on how to use EIZ. The training uses TeamViewer software; make sure you have TeamViewer installed before the training session. You can get TeamViewer here: https://www.teamviewer.com
Ongoing Technical Support:If you have any questions, you can always contact EIZ Customer Service by phone, email, or live chat.

How long does it take to set up?

You can start using EIZ standard features once you finish creating your EIZ account.

Do I need to link a credit card when I create an EIZ account?

No, you don’t need to provide any payment information when you create an EIZ account. Every user gets instant access to a 30-day free trial once they register with EIZ. Your payment information is only required after your free trial expires and you want to continue with EIZ.

How do I move to EIZ from another similar management system?

Switching to EIZ is easy. Once you sign up and link your existing stores and carriers to EIZ, all your orders will be automatically synced with EIZ.  You don’t need to do anything in your previous system.

What do you mean by real-time sync?

EIZ runs event-driven sync every minute, so all your new orders will be displayed on your EIZ account without the need to manually import your orders.

Does EIZ integrate with other non-mainstream marketplaces and couriers in addition to the current integration list?

We plan to integrate more new marketplaces in the future, but for now, we have limited marketplace integration to ensure best performance, speed, and experience. When we offer more integrations, you can expect to enjoy the same optimum performance as the ones available now.
